CLAIMS

For claims to be processed effectively, submission should be made via Student Portal. All proof of receipts has to be attached, ensured legibility, categorized and arranged accordingly.

CLAIMABLE ITEMS

1. Medical Consultation: In country where there are medical insurance schemes, it is compulsory for scholars to obtain the medical insurance. PETRONAS will only reimburse after a claim is made with the insurance provider

2.  Prescription: Make a claim from the insurance provider first before submitting a claim for the balance form PETRONAS.

3. Visa: PETRONAS will reimburse the visa application fees (extension/renewal)

4. Passport Renewal: PETRONAS will reimburse passport renewal fees (Student to renew and claim later)

5. Insurance: PETRONAS will reimburse for the health insurance coverage (overseas student health cover) which is renewable every year (Student to renew and claim later)

*Note: Claim request will not be processed if you fail to follow any of the instruction mentioned above.
