Report Upon Completion of Studies

Student in Local Institution: Students are required to submit completion of study request with supporting documents withing one (1) month after completion of study.

Student in Overseas Institution: Students are required to submit completion of study request with supporting documents withing one (1) month after completion of study and required to physically reporting to PETRONAS within two (2) month after completion of study.

Bank Account (Overseas Institution): Students are reminded to close their bank account(s) before departing home. This is to avoid incurring a negative balance arising from bank service fees. 

IMPORTANT REMINDER! 
Failure to report upon completion of studies or end of sponsorship shall constitute a breach of the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any modifications made thereunder, and PETRONAS shall be absolutely entitled to exercise its rights and remedies without any further reference thereto.
